Are you interested in building a good habit?
Recently, I found a good audiobook about it.
I did have some good habits before, so I didn’t feel the need to listen to that kind of book, but I have listened to it anyway, and I am glad I have, because after listening to this Japanese audiobook, I have gained at least three more good habits.
I was surprised at this outcome, and thought this is a good book.
In it, the author advises “In order for you to build a good habit, do it every day no matter how small the effort, without exception.”
The explanation was clear and I could follow it easily.
As a result of this, I learn programming every day now and I am spending more time learning it than before.
I check a newspaper every day now, too, so I find good articles and great comedy shows on TV than before.
Plus, I spend a few minutes every day to learn Spanish as well.
In order to build strengths, doing it every day is recommended.
