For a while, I didn’t eat out for years.
One day, father and I went to an eating house.
The food was good, but how the waitress greeted us was very cheerful and fresh, I was a little moved.
And when I went to a sports gym for the first time, I wasn’t expecting much from them, because I couldn’t build muscles when I went to a few other gyms in my youth.
But a staff told me, “If you use the machines right and do them enough times, you will build muscles. Don’t worry. Trust me!” She taught me how to use the machines right.
Within a month, I could see I was getting stronger.
Now I have a habit of weight lifting and running.
I lacked self-confidence back then about how I looked, but now I have a little bit of confidence.
I am grateful.
I may be weak. My family may be weak too.
But we have hearts to see beauty in people’s kindness.
